macaroni&&cheese

• your own choice of pasta
• butter or margerine
• flour
• milk
• a clove of garlic
• herbs or anything for flavouring
• salt&paper
• cheese.any kind you like.coz its gonna melt on saucepan any way

1. boil the pasta then drain it.
2. melt the butter or margerine on a saucepan
3. saute the choped garlic
4. then add flour
5. add milk&those herbs,salt&paper.
6. stir it ubtil it became thick&creamy
7. add the cheese
8. then pour the boiled pasta into the saucepan.
9. after mixing it,pour it into a caserol or anything like it
10. then bake it till its brownish for 30minutes.
